Data can be transferred from the old server to the new one and there will be one week of overlap between the old and the new server so you can finish business.

This upgrade applies only to servers with a hostname that starts with de, nl, use, usw, usla. There's a limit of 3 additional IP address per server (for a total of 4 counting the primary one that comes with the server).
IP addresses are billed per year regardless of server contract length. This is a requirement to prevent abuse, such as users burning IP addresses and then giving them up.
